It would be hard to explain the value of the trip to Cuernevaca without talking about the many excursions that we took to Taxco, and the silver markets, to Mexico City and the Ballet Folclorico, to Tepoztlan and the pyramids, as well as the Zocalo and Cortez’s Palace in the center of Cuernavaca.  We talked to all sorts of people and learned about the Mexican culture in classes and as we saw it in person.
